A legal disclaimer
​The following policy applies only to clients who have completed intake and signed informed consent and service agreements with Haven for Healing.
We value your time and your commitment to your mental health, and we understand that life happens.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client in need of services.
Refunds & Session Credits
Refunds or session credits are handled according to the policies reviewed and agreed upon during your intake process. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness for all clients.
Missed Appointments
Sessions missed without proper notice may not be eligible for a refund or session credit.
